Ordering Details

TO ORDER OR ENQUIRE

Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase or enquire about details,
1) Drop us an email at shoppe_aholic@yahoo.com.sg, using the format below(for order) and we will get back to you within 24hours.

3) We will send you a confirmation email if the item you're interested in is still available.
4) As for enquiries, do remember to indicate which item you are enquiring when you drop us an email.


TO PAY
Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, please make payment to POSB savings account 126-55160-6
1) Payment via internet banking, pls quote your nickname indicated on transfer
2) Payment via interbank transfer, pls indicate Date and Time of transfer 
Upon receiving your payment, we will send your items out within 48hours :)


DELIVERY
1) Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.
2) Registered mail is always encouraged (it costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage).
3) An email will be sent to you to inform you that we have mailed out your item.


TERMS & CONDITIONS (please take time to read this)
1) No Payment = No Order So kindly make payment once your order has been confirmed if not orders will be void.
2. Strictly NO cancellation, exchange or refund of item after payment is made. Full refund will be made if item is Out of Stock (OOS).
3. Bear no responsibility for lost/damage orders by Normal post. Therefore, Registered mail is highly recommended.
4. Bear no responsibility for any wrong items if item is stated wrongly by buyer.
5. Bear no responsibility if there are any complaints or buyers not satisfied with their product & quality issues. (we have checked every item very carefully and will definitely not sell it should there be any quality issue, so dont worry)
6. Collection mode by post only. (Registered mail is strongly recommended)  

EXCHANGE POLICY
1) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges
